By accessing or using Campfire, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users of Campfire, including organization administrators, leaders, and participants with access to the platform.
Campfire is an organizational operations platform designed to help youth groups and similar organizations plan activities, manage attendance, coordinate supplies, and collaborate internally. Campfire provides tools for content creation, logistics, and coordination. Campfire does not provide professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
To use certain features of Campfire, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Access to organizational data is governed by roles, permissions, and internal organizational policies.
Users may create, upload, and manage content within Campfire. You retain ownership of the content you create. By using Campfire, you grant Campfire a limited license to store, process, and display this content solely for the purpose of operating the service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriate use of any content you enter.
Campfire allows users to record participant-related information, including notes such as allergies. This information is entered manually by users, intended for internal reference only, and is not considered verified medical records. Organizations are responsible for how this information is collected and maintained.
You agree not to use Campfire for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the platform's infrastructure, or misuse AI-assisted features to generate harmful content. Campfire reserves the right to investigate and take action against misuse.
Campfire may offer AI-powered features for convenience. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Users are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-assisted content before use. Campfire makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of AI suggestions.
Campfire is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change or be discontinued at any time without notice. Campfire does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Campfire reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at its discretion for misuse or violations of these Terms. Users may voluntarily terminate their account at any time through the Account Settings provided in the platform. Upon deletion, access to the platform and any private user data will be revoked.
Campfire is designed as a collaborative, team-based platform where content is created and shared among organization members. When you delete your account, collaborative content you contributed, including activity editors, peulot, comments, and shared library items, will be preserved to maintain continuity for your organization.
This approach ensures that your team can continue operating without disruption. Removing shared content upon individual account deletion could prevent other team members from accessing critical plans, historical records, and ongoing work. After deletion, this content will no longer display your personal information and will appear as created by a former team member.
By using Campfire, you acknowledge and agree that collaborative content will persist after account deletion to support organizational continuity. If you require specific content to be removed, please contact your organization administrator or our support team prior to deleting your account.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Campfire shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Campfire is not responsible for decisions made based on information entered or generated within the platform.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Campfire may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
